Free T-shirt Thursday Part Number 2
Written by Ryan

Alright. Tomorrow is alliteration Thursday. I mean t-shirt Thursday. As opposed to its cousin, tiny titty Tuesday. And you're going to have your chance to win that beauty pictured above. But beware, the game has changed yo. Check out these new rules:

Points
Goals are worth 2 Points. Assists are worth 1 Point.

Team Selection
Forwards
Group 1 - Carter Richards Briere Grioux (x1 points)
Group 2 - Hartnell, Gagne, JVR, Carcillo (x2 points)
Group 3 - Asham, Powe (x3 Points)
Group 4 - Betts, Lappy (x5 Points WILDCARD)

If Big Ville's in he replaces whoever he replaces, ya dig? If Cote's in call the cops because I'm on my way to your house.

Defense
Group A - Pronger, Timonen (x1 points)
Group B - Coburn, Carle (x2 points)
Group C - Krajicek, Parent (x5 points WILDCARD)

You need to pick 3 forwards and and 2 defensemen (and predict the final score for tie-breaking purposes!). You can pick any combination of the 12 forwards to comprise your offense and any combination of d-men to make up your defense. Just keep in mind the point bonuses. ESPECIALLY ON THE WILD CARDS!! For instance, my team tomorrow would be:

Carter - Gagne - Lappy
Pronger - Carle
Flyers 4 - Stars 2

Example in last night's game:
Scoring
Carter (Briere, Hartnell)
Gagne (Briere, Carle)
Pronger (Richards,Timonen)

Carter would have gotten you 2 points. Briere was good for 2 points. Hartnell was good for 2 points. Carle was good for 2 points. Pronger was good for two points. Richards was good for 1 point and Kimmo was also good for 1.

The sum of your 5 man team's points determines the winner.

Thanks to those of you that submitted suggestions to change the scoring last week. I think a lot of elements were incorporated, but the amount of drugs I am on make it difficult to know for sure. If I really effed up hit me up in the comments and let me know so we can get this shit in order before Fran posts his Gameday post tomorrow afternoon - that's when the gun goes off and submissions start counting.

Once again, retweet us, email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
, or send an owl to Brooklyn Heights/Cobble Hill and we'll register your submission.

*Disclaimer - shoot out goals don't count. Tie breakers are shots, PIM, PREDICTED SCORE,and then submission time.

If this is all too complicated you should have stayed in school, at least through 8th grade.
