I wish I hadn't deleted last night's game from my DVR list in the heat of frustration because there was a great view of these two idiots not backchecking on Blake Wheeler's opening goal.
 
Yes, the idiot with the long hair that turned the puck over high.
 
Yes, the idiot with the short hair that didn't cover for Lucas Krajicek.
 
By the time Wheeler has the puck on his stick those two are standing absolutely straight up, not even going through the motions anymore.
 
Dedication - working just hard enough to make it look like you care. Or almost that hard.

Does Laviolette even show these guys the game tape? Maybe there's no time in the crazy schedule. But, it is unbelievable to me that after seeing shit like this, something doesn't happen (like getting butt-fucked by the bench) to those two lazy, cherry-picking chumps Briere and Hartnell.
